Being consistent with Casa Bonita’s practice of supporting an ecological environment and running its operations supported by local resources, our menu is not only prepared and served by our local staff, it is also mainly elaborated with fresh local ingredients. Fish and mariscos (shellfish) are brought in daily from Bahoruco, the tiny fishing village nearby.
A recent major renovation by acclaimed Dominican architect Rafael Selman provides Casa Bonita with a modern tropical ambiance.
Local exotic materials like coral stone, palm tree wood and thatched roofs create a natural balance with it’s pristine surroundings which will surely allow you to “chill”. Tranquilo!
