The Fee
The fee to assist you in obtaining a Dominican divorce is US$1,600.00.

This amount covers related legal expenses, including the services of a judicial interpreter, translation, legalization and registration of the legal documents, as well as the cost of the translation and legalization of the court’s final opinion.

The fee does not cover travel costs, room, food and other miscellaneous expenses during your short stay in the Dominican Republic, or other unrelated services you may request from us.

We require a 50% deposit of US$800.00 in advance to start the proceeding, while the remaining 50% must be paid prior to the court hearing. The deposit can be paid by credit card via a secure transaction using 2Checkout.
