In order to start the application process we require some information on you and
your spouse.
Power of Attorney
This is required if only one (1) spouse is traveling to the Dominican Republic.
It is not necessary if both spouses travel to the Dominican Republic for the divorce.

Settlement Agreement
This is required and needs to be prepared under the guidence of a lawyer within your local
jurisdiction.

The Fee
The fee to assist you in obtaining a Dominican divorce is
US$1,600.00.
This amount covers related legal expenses, including the services of a judicial interpreter, translation, legalization and registration of the legal documents, as well as the cost of the translation and legalization of the court’s final
opinion.
The fee does not cover travel costs, room, food and other miscellaneous expenses during your short stay in
the Dominican Republic, or other unrelated services you may request from us.
We require a 50% deposit of US$800.00 in advance to start the proceeding, while the remaining
50% must be paid prior to the court hearing. The deposit can be paid by credit card via a secure
transaction using 2Checkout.
