My wife and I are flying into Santiago on Friday, 3/9. We get in at 2:15pm, and want to get to Las Terrenas the same day. Is anyone aware of a good way to do that (other than the 3pm bus, which we'll probably miss)? Or is anyone interested in sharing a taxi? :-)

Greetings all! I'm going to be in the DR next week, and plan to drive a rental car from Bayahibe to the Saman? region. I know that this should be done in the daytime, and am planning accordingly. I'd like to get some route recommendations... is it necessary to drive back to SD and then from...
