Has anyone ever used Dominican Airport Transfer? If so - what were your thoughts?

Is there a airport tax that we'll need to pay upon arrival to Punta Cana? Is there any tips that anyone would care to share that may be helpful? Any feedback on the Occidential Resort? Thanks in advance.. Linda

We'll be staying at Occidental Flamenco Bavaro - just wondering if anyone has any advice or input on anything we should know prior to arriving. Also - does anyone know if this resort offers transportation to the resort from the airport? If not - we'll be using a taxi - any advice there...
