    do you get to keep the tourist card when you enter the country?

    I am in DR and I can not find mine. Did I give it to the immigration clerk when I entered and this is normal? Or did I lose it and I am in trouble?

    If you come to Santo Domingo around 3.15 am. And want to take a taxi from the airport to the city. Can you pay with USD? I am from Sweden and I think it would maybe be hard to find Dominican Pesos here.
