My Dominican spouse has referred me to a lawyer in Puerto Plata to have some papers completed regarding travelling with my child to Dominican...she wants the money before she will complete the papers...I want to know if anyone is aware of this lawyer (Maria Dignora Dilone) and if she is legitimate.
