Is there any little beach bars you can walk to by way of the beach. we are staying at the Melia caribe.

Most all the outside bars going up the strip are on hotel properties, so obviously they are hotel owned. All the hotels from P/C up to Corteceito are A/I's so they don't have any means of taking money....cash machine, etc.
Try walking up to Cortecieto, when you walk in from the beach to town, the first place on the right, across from the Inn. Not sure of the name, but a lively bar with loud music and plenty of chicas......

From the Meila walk to the north, left facing the ocean and you will find a nice little bar called Palm Sands and a bit further there is a sign that says Paalaza Espana go up the steps to patio and you are at the Posada di piedro or piano bar. Both are good spots.
