Yeah, listen, tropical island aside, I wore wool socks and LLBean clogs to that mountain....and a sweater and a scarf to Paso Fino. Differences in temp of more than 20 degrees does give the illusion of "cold".
I'm sure about Hillbilly has a big heart, I don't doubt he is a human been with great feelings in his heart, worried about how all those poor kids lives in the cities and the mountain of DR.
What I'm not sure is if he is a good driver.:cheeky:

I love the little colmados in the countryside. They all have exactly the same things and it's not uncommon to get change in the form of gum.
That is remarkable work!!! It's so good to see that the world still consists of some goodhearted folk! As few as are still available, but they still exist!
