I am considering getting my Cedula so I can work legally.
I am receiving crossed messages on the situation. I read on the Internet and understand that I get my cedula as part of my residency process. Other info tells me I am able to get my cedula without the need for residency application/process/cost.
Could someone please clear this misinformation up for me and correct where need be.
Also the average time and complete cost of relevant process.
Excuse my inability to clear this up 100% with my own research.
