renting an apartment in Santo Domingo

Hello all,

can anyone out there advise me on the following;

are there decent apartments to rent in the Gold's gym area in Santo Domingo? Can someone please tell me what that area is called?

Also, do you know how much the apartments cost?

I am looking for roommates in my apartment. I live two blocks from Gold's Gym and walk everyday.

Here's an ad I posted on dr1: Santo Domingo : Dominican Republic Rentals : Apartment For Rent

The area of Gold's Gym is called Evaristo Morales. I'm next door, just accross Churchill, in Piantini.
