For what it's worth

We met a couple the other night who have a one-month lease there and are kept awake at night by the "goings on".

It's apparently a chica-friendly place and things get pretty noisy between midnight and la madrugada.

Of course if that's what sparks your interest . . .

Well they're private condos, it's not a hotel so I guess it's hard to control. I too had a friend rent there whilst they built their house and they also said it was very noisy but that was because of the little bar in the carpark in front of the complex. Great view of the sunset from the balcony though!
