If you buy your ticket by April 14 and complete trip by June 7, you can get some good deals from AA. For example, round trip from NYC to Santo Domingo is $105 plus taxes each way.
Just purchased $351 RT INCLUDING taxes on AA for DCA-SDQ for July. Prices went back up today (had ticket on hold from yesterday) but I bet they come back down around next Tuesday.
