What are the laws restricting video games in the DR? I remember they used to have gambling games in many bars but they made them illegal, but I don't know about standard entertainment games.
In the US these games are usually provided by a vendor who splits the income 50/50 with the owner of the bar. One bar owner I know went and bought his own machine on EBAY for $600 and he says he makes $100/week tax free on the machine. With a video jukebox they can make much more. Would something like this be legal in the DR?
