Would stop these types of projects happening in Santo Domingo.

Instead we get new traffic lights. I know, I didn't get it either???

The are building a new Metro line and lots of other over-passes.

That's why I say, I couldn't live in Santo Domingo...

it's good to visit for Saturdays' bonches...but besides that... the traffic is the "flow kill"...
