I see the thread about the new corporation law in effect in June of 2009. I'm interested in the laws concerning the formation of either a non profit foundation such as The Instituto Dominicano de Genealogia, Inc or an entity such as a private family foundation that focuses on giving private grants such as micro-grants towards a specific need.
