We manage, by default, a 48 unit condo building. Only about 12 owners live here, and or pay towards the upkeep. Some refuse to pay, usually with a lame excuse, such as "I dont have any cash right now"
Is there a way to enforce the law, without incurring large legal bills? Probably higher than the condo fees.
