Where can I buy a small kitchen scale here, I need it to measure grams, and go up to 7 pounds or so. I prefer digital.

If you cannot find the real thing.... try a fish scale..... rig it up with a tray for your meat, etc... should work fine and be easy to find

I got one last Christmas and it's now on my list of things to bring with me where-ever I go. I use both metric and standard on it. Standard when I'm making something and grams when I want to divide something into thirds or whatever.
