If you have an apartment in mind, the Anacaona complexes (I, II and III) are within walking distance from the school. They are set in spacious gardens and have communal swimming pools and sports and play areas. Generally, the area surrounding Carol Morgan (Mirador Sur, Bella Vista, and Los Cacigazgos) is a good place to live, with many apartments and houses available, quiet streets (some more than others) with access to Mirador Sur park and several good supermarkets, bakeries, malls, etc.
I own an apartment in one of the Anacaona complexes which is currently rented out. Let me know via Private Message if you would like the contact number of an RE agent who lives in the area and would know of any availability. I would advise avoiding the "park view" buildings as they also get the "avenue noise".
