He isn't afraid also to charge 4 US$ millions for the "mediation" for the sale of the List?n Diario and he was not afraid of charging 19 US$ millions to RBF for his defense, doing a very poor job.
The best word to describe him is a local one "aprovechao".

I would agree with JFD. He always talks, but never provides any names. If he really ad cojones he should give these names to DCND, corruption department, etc...

Vincho a national hero? HAHAHAHA!!! That's like saying Senator Joseph Mcarthy was an anti-communist...Or wasn't he? Vincho or Pincho as we used to call him as kids is a political survivor, no more no less, the man has staying power. Los buenos de verdad, those are all gone but this one remains. Ugh....I will admit he is a one of the few remaining links between the Trujillo era and the current one. Once again, Ugh!

Pichon is a young bird (baby bird), but also used in a case like this to mean someone who's just starting to become like something or like someone (typically some bad person).
