If I was convicted of a felony in the U.S., and I get deported to the DR - what kind of adverse consequences are there? I've heard that it might be hard to work in the tourism industry, or to be able to play on sports leagues because of my criminal history. Does anyone have any information regarding this?
I see the recent thread about being detained upon arriving in the DR, but my question really has more to do with the farther reaching consequences.
Thanks
