hi all
a friend of mine lives in dominican republic and i've been trying to contact them but my fone just says cannot send msg im in the uk so do i need a code before the number?!?! if so does anyone know what it is?!?!

you'll have to buy a special phone, for them, and keep up the monthly payments, and then pay for someone to go to the hospital........

Every country has a code, am I correct in thinking you are not using the country code?
You obviously have google, yes?

You can buy the calling card and get your PIN online and call him immediately. I use Nobelcom in the US and it's the cheapest and easiest way to go. Your minutes never expire. I bought a $20 card a couple years ago and it's still got minutes on it.
