Diet Soda Options in DR
That is all I have seen and we only drink diet sodas.
Question is Dr Pepper supposed to be for human consumption:cheeky:
I always thougth like Mountain Dew it was designed to be a cleaning solution or paint remover

Anything for a little variety! Fresca would work. Diet Fanta Grape or Orange. Still hoping maybe in Santiago or the capital there's something I could stock up on from time to time.
Cabarete/Sosua area I'm seeing Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Sprite, Diet 7-UP.
La Sirena in Pto Plata, the same.
I can find DR Pepper, but unfortunately no Diet DR Pepper on the shelves.
Anyone seeing other diet soda options? What and where, please!
My daughter is diabetic and when we went for the summer I looked for something other than Coke Zero and Diet 7-up but no luck!!!
Unfortunately, even without added sugar, these juices are hardly sugar-free...
Check out the Dasani sugar free drinks in 16 or 20 oz plastic bottles. They have apple, grapefruit, cranberry, mandarin and lemonade. They are next to the Dasani waters. They are really good. No aftertaste. You can find them at both Playeros, most bodegas and Baileys. The apple tastes just like apple juice. My favorite is the cranberry which has a jamican flower on it but it's no longer being stocked at Playero.
this has always made me think, does diet tonic actually make any difference?

Diet tonic has the same amount of bubbles it just has no sugar. Regular tonic water has the same amount of sugar as a can of coke. I think you are confusing tonic water with club soda (or soda water)
