I am commited to improve the quality of Chinese food on the north Coast

The local Chinese Restauraunt in Cabarete is now offering steamed and fried dumplings and buns.

However they serve them with sweet and sour sour sauce which is unacceptable.

The following recipe is what they should be using and I will get this resolved.

Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon white sugar

Shumai is the japaneese version and their recipe is very close and they look like pot stickers.

Har gaw is a shrimp dumpling but they do not have that on the menu
