The BBQ chicken is still on Pedro Clisente going west but is not completley outside like it used to be so they put the grill just inside one of the stores to comply with the new ordinance.
BBQ chicken sold on or just inside the streets in Sosua will never disappear.
That would be like saying " Sex is no longer allowed "
What is going on down there, grills in stores, chicas behind brick walls, what is next...mandatory toilet seats?

Willy, El Chamo has been the first to semi-comply at his bar. Let's see what the others invent with their windows (not walls) to the street. His is hardly the idea envisioned, but it's a start. It'll be an interesting saga with a questionable duration.
