I guess your talking about 27 de febrero? Very big long street pretty much runs thru half the Capital, You need to be more specific where you want to go.

If you are going to a hotel in the city your quickest and most direct route would be to hire a taxi at the airport. Just make sure you establish the price before you get in to go. Then there will be NO mis-communications or arguments over the price.

If you do not have muchas maletas and do not mind a little walk you can walk down to the autopista and have a taxi publico for a fraction of this price. And ALL OF THEM on the autopista go to 27 Febrero.
