Unless that was a Dominican ladrone in the US, how is this post DR related?
That post is a criticism towards the morbid curiosity towards the DR suffered by some people on DR1.

I believe the OP should have named his thread ?Another Haitian doing as he wishes in the DR?.

To that effect, I also believe Nals?s post explains that thieves exist everywhere, not excluding the US, Canada or Europe for that matter.

I definitely detected a Haitian accent when the robber told the woman to open the door, but it could also be a clever Dominican criminal faking the Haitian accent to throw off the police investigation. However, I have been around long enough to understand that when you assume it usually means you do not know.
