I was married @ a resort in Punta Cana in 2003 and have misplaced my certificate of marriage. I was told I could contact the Electoral Board to get a copy, but the person I talked to didn't speak enough english to understand me and I don't speak spanish. Can anyone help me with this process?

Marriage certificate from resorts in PC have same validity that those certificate they give to the childrens at the theathers in resorts.

Your source? Yes there was a short time where some resorts were not registering the marrigaes or the Judge wasn't real but it wasn't all resorts and I don't think it goes that far back.
