What happens when you want to buy a property, but the government recording office says it cannot insure the title. Is there a statute of limitations on any outstanding leins? Is the property just in limbo forever? No lender will finance such a purchase without an insureable title.

Insuring of the title is always done by private companies , GOVT never involves in it .
So better insure the title and after insuring the title you can also claim finance on your place .
