My phone itself doesn't work properly; can't put minutes in and it doesn't recognize when I push buttons. Yes, I can make and receive calls but can't retrieve voicemail because it doesn't recognize I'm inputting my code, keeps saying "are you still there?"
Does anyone know of a Viva counter/store, etc. or anywhere I can get a not too expensive phone that will be unlocked and can swap my sim card?
