I wonder, would anyone care to do research on just how many of these announcements have ever come to fruition?

After every trip, that cost bundles and bundles of cash--in reality, Pepe Goico was a baby on a bottle next to these guys--there are tremendous promises, but....then nothing.

No coal fired generators in Azua or Manzanillo, no umteel gazillion dollars project here or there....But I guess nobody has ever really studied the announcements, versus the teality. D@mn, make for a great book..
