Hi, because I ran into a problem, I will now be landing in La Romana instead of Puerto Plata. The thing is I know nothing about La Romana. So here goes, can anyone give me advice on how to get from the La Romana airport to a bus that will take me to Santo Domingo? I will be getting in around 4:30 p.m. Does the bus still run at this time?

Thanks in advance. I will be arriving tomorrow.

According to their website you can use Metro Tours to travel directly from their bus terminal at the La Romana airport to Santo Domingo (US$ 60.00). For the schedule I recommend you contact them directly.

you must take a taxi to the bus station on the west side of la Romana, the airport is on the east , and then the bus will go to Ave Mexico in the capital ...about 160 pesos
