abandoned lot next to Royal Residence

They have finally flattened the abandoned buildings in the lot next to Royal Residence...now that the buildings are down does anyone know what is going to happen next? I know they still have to remove all the rubble but are they going to be building there soon? if so, what?

I heard at the Sosua Bay hotel (which was part of the Starz hotels group that owned the Azurro Club resort which was on the lots), that "they" were going to build condos there once it was cleaned up. The contractor is supposed to come back around Easter to start rubble removal.

It remains to be seen how long it will actually be before such a project is started.
