I am planning to take my second trip white water rafting in Jarabacoa. I have a few different months to choose from and was wondering which is the best month for the trip considering the changing water levels? I am looking at early May, July, or October. Right now it looks like May but if I had good reason I would change that. Thanks in advance for any insight.
