I am looking for a place in Toronto where I can get some things translated for a reasonable price. If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks!

We used the multicultural center in kitchener and paid around $25 to $35 per document which included a stamp from the commissioner of oath to certify/legalize it.

Try finding a settlement office that helps new immigrants. It will cost less and be a good resource for your husband later on.

You can also use the Dominican embassy. I think they charge $40 per document.
