Romanian in trouble. lost passport

I know a romanian man that came to the DR. Lost his money lost his passport. He has no family to help him. He is virtually stranded until he can renew his passport. Where can he do that since he does not have money or passport to leave the country to begin the process?

For this purpose Romanian should go to airport administrator, And inform them about this problem, May be they will help Romanian to find his passport. They will check the airport through their agents efficiently...! Thanks for the posting here.

romanian lost documents

thanks everyone for your help. i have sent off some emails and will get the information to the romanian gentleman involved.
