A bit fast - what happens if a small child runs into the road from one of the houses in the populated portion?
But superb scenery and mostly near empty roads.
I enjoy this trip but it's good to take some side roads into the hills also.

Fair point - nice to put this in the video if you have control. Trip time 1 hour or something.
When you point it out its obvious - but anyone expecting to do 100 MPH along this road to do this trip in this time?

Anyone with a lick of sense can see the speeds are modest. Besides, a motorcycle can brake in a fraction of the time a car can.

Nice photography anyway. Somehow kids get out of the way of a car quicker than a motorcycle.
It's more in their field of vision.

Generally motorcycle riders are more careful than car drivers.

And motorcycles can get out of the way of a kid faster than a car. Additionally, our motorcycles ALWAYS have their headlights on, you can't turn them off. That is a HUGE advantage in being seen vs. a car.

The DR is a motorcycle culture. Folks everywhere we go SEE us, unlike NA or Europe; it almost genetic code by now. Besides, they hear us first.
