What time of day does your flight land? Caribe tours has buses that go to Sanchez and Samana. Your best bet is to pre-book on the CaribeTours website for the bus to Sanchez and go to the bus stop at the entrance of the new toll road 1 hour before the bus departure so they can contact the city to save you a seat. The ride is maybe an hour for $9USD or so each. You'll need a taxi to the bus stop and then a taxi for the last 15km to LT. Buses do not stop in the airport you have to go to the stop. The total trip each way with bus and taxi for two is about $80 USD. The taxi fare SDQ to LT is like $200-225 one way. Also the last bus leaves around 4 p.m. check the web site for that also.
