Is the White iPhone 4 available in DR yet??

Hi,
Just wanted to know if the white iPhone 4 is available yet in the DR, and if so with which provider(s)? It just became available in the U.S. not too long ago, but I've been unable to find out if it's in the DR yet. I will be moving to PC shortly and would like a white iphone 4 to use... Thanks!

+I brought my Iphone frome the states and had it unblocked. I went pre-paid with Codetel. You can get your phone unblocked for 500 pesos. There are shops all over the capital that will do it for you. Several are located in Plaza Central, the old mall on 27 febrero and Churchill.

Check with Orange. I believe they carry IPhones and offer service. Just Google their website.
