That could have come from a still shot, and not a video camera, but if she never stooped down during the entire ceremony, then it would have to have been fotoshopped.

Definitely fotoshopped. The Prince was always on the right not left. In this video at 51 mins the Princess stooped to talk to the little flower girl and so someone is having fun with that. Notice she is on the left side and notice how low that balcony really is on the tall Prince.
