Do people think one needs a car in Gazcue?

I am looking at an area next to the Courtyard Marriott..

Any thoughts and suggestions will be appreciated.

Gazcue is one of a few areas in the capital where you can live without a car - a lot of amenities within walking distance and near to public transport routes.
