    Default medications

Hi i have a few questions,

Ritalin / ritalina or any generic of this drug:
is it available in the DR (preferably north coast POP/sousa) ... where?
    Or Santo Domingo... where?

    Name of pharmacy
cost per 10mg tablet or 20mg tablet

    ...................................................
Migraine tablets, my tablets i finally discovered are not available in the DR (Zolmitriptan/Zomig)
They are as i have been told available in Haiti!
Will i have any problems buying them in Haiti. The company representative for this medication said it shouldnt be a problem. I was wondering what your experiences were. Thoughts ????????

    cheers

omg. i never responded to you!
(bangs her head on the keyboard)
i think those pills were discussed here before and someone mentioned that concerta is available. the thing is that ADHD pills are normally controlled so you may have to go to the specialist to get the prescription to get the pills. in POP there are very few pharmacies that sell controlled drugs. farmacia popular is the best. it is located on calle beller, just down from the cathedral.
for migranes try relert from pfizer, another triptan, called eletriptan. very expensive (about 800 pesos per pack) but works. other that that head to the nearest emergency unit and get an injection. they use dorixina (lisina), i think. in any case, that works too.
peace and sorry to let you down...

You need to see a psychiatrist to get the script. They do have Concerta in this country nearly 3000 Pesos for 30 pills.
