La Ley N?mero 176-07 creo varios Municipios/ayuntamientos. Como nos aseguramos de que los tributos que piden est?n dentro de lo legal?

Is there a particular municipal tax that you're concerned about? All taxes established by municipalities fall under Art. 200 of the Constitution:
Article 200. Municipal Taxes. Within their own boundaries, the municipalities may levy those taxes that have been expressly established by law, provided that they do not infringe upon national taxes, inter-municipal trade or exports, or with the Constitution and the law. Any conflict in this matter shall be decided by the courts of competent jurisdiction.
