Taxi cost from SDQ to Juan Dolio and Juan Dolio to La Romana

Hi! First time going on vacation with my family to the dominican republic and wanted to know what is the best form of transportation from SDQ airport to Juan Dolio and from Juan Dolio to La Romana. Taxi rates? How about travel company buses? How can I arrange in advance transportation services? Thank you in advance.

Dog, Taxi is the way to go. Buses don't originate or end at SDQ. SDQ to JuanD is about $45 and about $50 JD to LRM.
Taxis abound just outside of customs and rates are posted on a big sign.
