Well, almost.
It can get complicated.
Turn to the west and follow the road to Sto Domingo. Take the 27 de Febrero Elevated. When you come down off the elevated portion of 27 de Febrero, take a right at Maximo Gomez (First light) or Ortega y Gasset, big traffic intersection, and then a left (west) on J. f. Kennedy.
THEN you can follow your nose north to Santiago. You will enter Santiago on the Monumental Avenue, and depending on where you want to go, you have a few options..

Okay. Reparto Perell? is located off of J. Armando Bermudez and Bartolom? Col?n, bounded on the west by the Bermudez warehouses...
Okay, as you come into town, the last light is by the Momumental Hotel/Plaza and a Shell Station on your left and Mercaven Store on your right. Stay to the right.
About 300 yards up the Monumental Ave, bear right and again stay to the right, following signs to Puerto Plata. That Street is Estrella Sadhala. Go two lights, and as you pass the Hotel Casino Gran Almirante, stay in the LEFT lane and turn left at that second light. That is Bartolom? Colon.
Follow Bartolom? Colon for two more lights, you cross a tiny bridge and take the next right. That is Reparto Perell?...Don't know what street you are looking for.
