Of course, the AMRATS will intensify their harassment of tourists, while basically ignoring locals. Moto-conchos are exempt. They may do as they please!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Saturday they were stopping cars at the insanely loco traffic light in Sosua Abeyo. Of course multiple violations by moto-conchos were ignored!

Six AMRATS there today. Moto-conchos are immune! Four more outside their evil den on the Ruta. Their rallying cry seems to be: ''Get the tourist's pesos''. How stupid are these AMRATS ?

They were towing vehicles like crazy on Saturday and they move to new spots for the behind the " billboard southern states approach".

If they need revenue who else should they go after because when they sieze a motoconcho they might have to steal a gringos laptop and sell it for $50 so they can pay the $30 ticket because if they have no income how could they pay the ticket....great logic !

But who said the world is Logical and the markets confirmed that today !

AMRATS out in force again. Six of the Rats worried about 1 SUV. Meanwhile the moto-cochos violate all laws ''in ther face''!

AMRATS are conspicuous by their absence for a couple of days. Apparently conspiring for a new attack on tourists, in their evil den. Meanwhile, traffic stopages continue with the light in Sosua Abeyo, ''set'' improperly.
