Good morcilla? short ribs?

Have you guys found a place that serves good morcilla? (blood sausage) It's a staple of a BBQ down in south america and I've only tried the one is david crocket, which was too sweet for my liking. Also, what about the best short ribs? I have not seen any restaurants serving them at all in SDQ.

Local made blood sausage, you can forget. Like they slaughter the pigs here, they do not drain the blood. The pig is sliced up, cleaned and then all remaining blood in pig and floor is wasted away with a lot of water...what a shame when I saw that the first time :(
The tripe is boiled and consumed as a separate dish.
