Hi,

Have a great house here in Santiago, however need to move. Looking for another house (not apartment) to rent under $1000 US. Have med. sized dog. (Samana) Who is a good person to contact??

Specifically, looking for:
Close to UTESA
Glass Windows
Large Patio with grass
QUIET!! (people, dogs, cars)

i want a house on rent, which is on a very good condition and on a good location, on easy term condition, on a very reasonable price, and my wife and me alone wants to stay in a home, so can any one suggest me ?

under 1K is fees-able, BUT quiet around UTESA; forget about it, the closest is behind Pricesmart, after that try reparto Universitario
