Constanza & Jarabacoa wants to be province...

This is rediculous, Governor of La Vega, header ciity of "provincia La Vega" capital of Jarabacoa and Constanza say they don't have a strong argument to become independents....
My point of view is that this division will bring more money for the tax payers as this will create more and more "botellas".
