William you should contact a Mr. Olivier Flambert in Santiago. He is the owner-operator of Olima Real Estate and most importantly in your case, a main contact for Orange in the area. He is also a very nice guy and I am sure he can help you or at least point you in the right direction. His office number is 809-724-4999 and he speaks fluent English, Spanish, French and possibly more. If you look up Olimare real estate I'm sure you can find his website.

the orange shop on sosua has been for sale for awhile, i belive it is owned by a german, just pass by and ask, he is usually around, it is next to the banco popular in sosua

Thanks. I have talked to him. He is looking for a lot of money as he wishes to sell the entire network on the North Coast. I was looking for something a little more modest.
