Unfurnished is good, but if the electric was included in the price, that'd be awesome.

Well when I was looking for a place in Santiago I really considered this company because they had a lot of great apartments for cheap but because I needed furnished and it is really hard to find a place priced well and furnished I chose a different part of the country.
